actually it’s not more than standard G-code. The machine is perfect capable for small lot sizes. the machine has a job list that you can fill up with programs to run and it produces all kind of different parts and lot sizes with almost 0 set-up time. I’m am so flexible with that machine it’s unbelievable. The Nexus 100 doesn’t even come close to that machine. The machine is so worth the money even for small job-shops like us.

What if you only need 1 or 2 parts? In many cases it would take longer to set up the program than it would take a skilled manual machinist to produce the part(s). This is a situation we encounter nearly daily where I work.
